Our Term and conditions used to be somewhat longer... back when we had a business-like image to put up. Since we are unfunded now... well, let's just say the old terms burned nicely in my firepit out back. My Terms are very simple. If you use this site, and like what you see. Come back and visit us as often as you want. If you are offended by anything you see on this website, then get mad and leave and never return. If your children see anything on this site that you don't like, my apologies. It is not intentional, I'll do what I can to clean up the mess. But you assume all risk of exposing your children to whatever and whenever anytime you surf the Internet We make great efforts to ensure that this website offers family-friendly content, please do your part to keep it that way in our forums. If you have a problem with Pumpkins, Halloween, and scary frightful things, get your keyster off of my website. If you make me upset or annoy any of my fellow Pumpkin Hunters, expect to have your Hunter Name and IP address banned from my site. If you find something doesn't work right, let me know and I'll fix it as soon as I can.  Children under 13 years old may not register on this site, they must have their parent's register for them.   Parent's please monitor your kids whenever they are surfing the internet. In using this website, you agree to absolve the Webmaster of legal recourse of the content contained within the site and the forum. I put up this website for the use of our Hunters and members. I administer and monitor it because of the good feeling I get for making something neat and unique.  I've made a pretty cool sandbox and I want very much for others to come play in it.  Just follow the rules, is all I ask.
